BeautyGuard SDS™ Beta Tester Agreement

This Beta Tester Agreement governs participation in the BeautyGuard SDS™ beta testing program operated by TwinkleTips Nail Care, LLC.

By participating in the beta program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Testing Environment
   BeautyGuard SDS™ is currently in development. Features, functionality, and performance may change at any time and may include bugs, interruptions, or incomplete components.

2. Feedback Participation
   Participants may be invited to provide feedback regarding usability, functionality, and overall experience. Feedback may be used by TwinkleTips Nail Care, LLC to improve the platform without obligation or compensation.

3. Limited Access
   Participation in the beta program does not guarantee permanent access to the platform or future commercial versions of BeautyGuard SDS™.

4. Account Responsibility
   Participants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for any activity conducted through their account.

5. Termination of Access
   TwinkleTips Nail Care, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate beta access at its discretion if misuse, abuse, or violation of these terms occurs.

Participation in the beta program constitutes acceptance of these terms.
