Participants in the BeautyGuard SDS™ beta program may gain access to confidential and proprietary information belonging to TwinkleTips Nail Care, LLC.

Confidential information may include but is not limited to:

• Platform features and workflows
• User interface designs
• Safety documentation systems
• Product concepts and integrations
• Development roadmaps
• Proprietary processes related to BeautyGuard SDS™

Participants agree not to disclose, reproduce, distribute, or publicly share any confidential information obtained through beta access without written permission from TwinkleTips Nail Care, LLC.

This confidentiality obligation continues even after beta participation ends.
