Welcome to the BeautyGuard SDS™ Beta program. Your use of our service is subject to the following terms, designed to ensure a secure, fair, and productive testing environment for everyone.

Closed Beta & Pilot Program Notice
BeautyGuard SDS™ is currently available only through a limited closed beta and pilot program operated by TwinkleTips Nail Care, LLC.
Participation is limited to approved professionals and businesses within the beauty industry. During this early testing phase, features, content, and functionality may be updated, modified, or temporarily unavailable as improvements are made.
By requesting access, you acknowledge that this is a testing environment and that your participation may include providing feedback to assist in the development and improvement of the platform.
All technology, branding, and proprietary processes associated with BeautyGuard SDS™ are the property of TwinkleTips Nail Care, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or misuse of platform content or technology is prohibited.
BeautyGuard SDS™ Beta Terms
BeautyGuard SDS™ is currently offered as a closed beta. This means features may evolve and change without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service during this beta testing phase. Your participation helps us refine and improve the platform.
Acceptable Use of the Platform
To maintain the integrity and security of our service, users agree not to: reverse engineer the platform, share login credentials with unauthorized individuals, or attempt to extract proprietary workflows or data logic.
BeautyGuard SDS™ Beta Tester Agreement
By participating in the BeautyGuard SDS™ beta, you commit to: using the platform solely for evaluation purposes; keeping all non-public features confidential; not disclosing screenshots, workflows, or system behavior publicly. All beta feedback you provide becomes the property of BeautyGuard SDS™ for product improvement.
Intellectual Property & Protection
All platform components, including our unique workflows and automation systems, are proprietary to BeautyGuard SDS™. These are protected under U.S. intellectual property laws. Please note that BeautyGuard SDS™ is Patent Pending, underscoring our commitment to innovation and safeguarding our unique technology.
Termination of Access
BeautyGuard SDS™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service for any user found to be in violation of these terms, or due to security concerns or instances of platform misuse, at our sole discretion.
