All content, software, technology, documentation, designs, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, databases, source code, object code, user interfaces, workflows, features, text, images, audio, video, artificial intelligence components, proprietary algorithms, and other materials made available through BeautyGuard SDS™ (collectively, the "Platform") are owned by or licensed to TwinkleTips Nail Care, LLC and are protected by applicable United States and international intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other proprietary rights.

BeautyGuard SDS™, Proactive SDS Scanner™, and related names, logos, slogans, and branding are trademarks, service marks, or proprietary assets of TwinkleTips Nail Care, LLC. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

Certain technologies and methods incorporated into the Platform are the subject of pending patent applications. Nothing on this website grants any license or right to use, reproduce, commercialize, or otherwise exploit any proprietary technology except as expressly authorized in writing by TwinkleTips Nail Care, LLC.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree that you will not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, transmit, sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform without prior written authorization.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, architecture, algorithms, or proprietary functionality of the Platform.

• Replicate, imitate, or create derivative works based upon the Platform's features, workflows, compliance methodologies, software architecture, databases, user interface, or technological processes.

• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security measures or technical protections implemented by the Platform.

• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, patent, or proprietary notices.

• Use any automated means, including bots, scrapers, crawlers, or similar technologies, to extract or collect Platform content or data without prior written permission.

• Use any Platform content, technology, documentation, or confidential information to develop or support a competing product or service.

Except for the limited rights expressly granted through these Terms of Use, no ownership interest or license in any intellectual property is transferred to users.

Any unauthorized use of the Platform or its intellectual property may result in immediate suspension or termination of access and may subject the responsible party to civil or criminal penalties available under applicable law.

If you believe that any material appearing on this Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us promptly so the matter may be reviewed.
