By accessing or using the BeautyGuard SDS™ platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use.

Users agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful business purposes
• Provide accurate registration information
• Respect intellectual property rights associated with the platform
• Avoid misuse, disruption, or unauthorized access to platform systems

TwinkleTips Nail Care, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The platform is provided on an “as available” basis during beta development, and TwinkleTips Nail Care, LLC makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service during this testing phase.

Participants in the BeautyGuard SDS™ closed beta program acknowledge that the platform contains proprietary, confidential, and patent-pending systems owned by TwinkleTips Nail Care, LLC.

Without prior written authorization from TwinkleTips Nail Care, LLC, participants agree not to:

• Capture or distribute screenshots of the platform interface
• Record videos or demonstrations of platform functionality
• Share internal features, workflows, or documentation publicly
• Post platform content on social media, websites, forums, or training materials
• Provide demonstrations of the system to non-approved individuals or businesses

These restrictions apply to all forms of visual or digital reproduction including screen recordings, photography, or third-party capture tools.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of beta access and potential legal action to protect the intellectual property of TwinkleTips Nail Care, LLC.

Competitive Use Restriction

BeautyGuard SDS™ is a proprietary safety documentation system currently under trademark and patent protection by TwinkleTips Nail Care, LLC.

Participants agree that access to the platform does not grant permission to:

• Replicate or develop competing systems based on BeautyGuard SDS™
• Use platform knowledge to design similar software or databases
• Reverse engineer the platform’s technology, workflow structure, or user interface
• Use confidential information obtained during beta participation to benefit a competing product or service

Participants further agree not to assist third parties in developing systems that substantially replicate the functionality or structure of BeautyGuard SDS™.

This restriction remains in effect during participation in the beta program and after access to the platform ends.
